Smart weight is a small weight that resembles a dumbbell, but it isn’t like a typical dumbbell. It’ll work multiple muscles in your upper body at once, forcing you to work harder during a short period of time. Therefore, you won’t need to work out for long. As you move the weight up and down, side to side, or in circles, it continuously spins to create more resistance.

How It Works

Smart weight's 360-degree centrifugal resistance, which keeps it spinning as you move, allows you to work your biceps, triceps, shoulders, forearms and chest, all at the same time. The combination of its spinning and your movement activates all of these muscles at once. Therefore, with just this one weight, you’ll be able to tone your entire upper body, getting rid of any unwanted flab.

Positive Points

  • Only Need Short Workouts
  • Since the smart weight makes you work so hard, you won't need to do half-hour or hour-long workouts in order to get the results you want. If you put forth a good effort the entire time, you may be able to achieve these results in as little as three to five minutes per day.

  • Comes With Instructional Dvd
  • The product comes with an instructional dvd, which will teach you how to do exercises that will maximize the benefits of the weight. If you perform these exercises, you will increase your likelihood of getting good results from three to five-minute workouts.

  • Will Look Better In Clothing
  • If you use the smart weight, you will be able to tone your arms fairly quickly, which will allow you to look better in strapless or sleeveless dresses and tops. You will also look more fit and attractive in bathing suits.

  • Easy To Hold Onto
  • The smart weight is easy to hold onto as you move, as you just grip it in the same way you would an ordinary dumbbell.

Negative Points

  • Only One Weight
  • Those people who want to make their workouts more challenging by working both arms at once may be disappointed, as the smart weight does not come in a pair. A second one would have to be ordered separately.

How it's Different from Competitors

When you use standard dumbbells, they only work one muscle at a time, and you will only contract your muscles once per repetition. On the other hand, when using the smart weight, you will be working five different muscles at the same time. Due to the engagement of all these muscles, you will also be contracting your muscles 20 to 50 times per rep. Therefore, you will reap the benefits you would have received from a standard dumbbell workout in a fraction of the time.

Infomercial

The infomercial shows a person's flexed arm when they're using a standard dumbbell, and the flexed arm of a person who is using the smart weight. It is clear from this comparison that when you flex while using the latter, your arm muscles become much harder and tighter.

Save Money

Since the smart weight will work many different muscles, by investing in it you will save money you would have spent buying different weights to work different muscles. You will also save the money you may have spent buying heavy weights, as the small smart weight will offer the same toning, tightening and strengthening benefits as these do.
