How it's Different from Competitors

Turbo Jam is different from its competitors because it is an entry level workout program that offers great benefits. These workouts do not include very difficult movements so almost anyone can do them. The great thing is that these movements trigger your entire body to start burning fat immediately. Also, Charlene keeps the workouts fun by having upbeat music in the background - this is motivating. All of the DVD's are performed by Charlene herself and a group of people working out. There are 2 sets of people working out in the videos. Those who do the same intensity workout as Charlene along with people who do low intensity versions of the movements.
